- Item must be unused, in original packaging (with tags / labels intact).
- Order number or proof of purcharse.
- Inspection Required: we reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet these criteria
- Denied Returns: item will be shipped back to the costumer at their expense.
- Refunds Process
- Customer must contact info@jmaovs.com or request a return via their account.
- Refunds processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
- Issued to the original payment method (Credit card or paypal)
- Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reason the next ítem are non returnable or refundable
- Custom-made/personalized products.
- Supplements and medicine to human or pets.
- Underwear.
- Personal Care or Personal Use.
- Final sale or clearance merchandise.
- Exchanges
- Available for size, color or model (subject to stock).
- Follows the same timeline and conditions as returns.
- Costumer cover
- Price Difference (if new item cost more).
- Shipping Fees (both ways unless the error was ours).
- Defective/Damaged Items
- Free replacement or refund (including return shipping).
